This is a Talent Pool, where you’re offered paid opportunities as they arise to earn with us. Our work means we are constantly on the look out for creatives that align with each project and our client brief.

It can be a challenge to recruit short notice, so to reciprocate whilst you are on our list, we offer opportunities to grow and gain essential skills aligned to our strategic mission and offer you related opportunities that prepare you for how we work. 

We introduce artists to working with digital applications and explore alternative income streams within a supported network. We look at new approaches to distribution, IP protection, ownership and royalties and provide artist led peer support so we can leverage the network whilst adopting new decentralised systems of fundraising.
