If your profile matches an opportunity we will contact you directly by phone or email and update you on opportunities as they arise.

We are looking for creatives that align with our projects and client brief. Your application will be considered for paid opportunities as they arise to earn with us in 2025 and beyond. 

It can be a challenge for us to recruit at short notice, so to reciprocate, we offer opportunities to grow and gain essential skills that prepare you about how we work. 

We introduce artists to emerging tech applications and encourage artists to explore alternative income streams within our community. We share new approaches to distribution, IP protection, ownership and royalties and provide artist-led peer support so we can leverage the community whilst adopting new decentralised systems of fundraising.

We’re living in an unprecedented age, AI, emerging tech and an under funded arts sector means independent multidisciplinary artists are at risk of losing their livelihood. Exasperating the inequity across the cultural and entertainment industry is lack of digital awareness, skills and resources to explore how emerging tech can help grow your creative business.

Just what feels right for you, driven by artists at your pace, with step-by-step guides and support already using these tools at best to make our collaborations easier.

Doing “okay” today, isn’t ownership or sustainable in the future. The fact is, the old legacy systems and ways of working are changing faster than the industry can keep up with.  Fund raising, venues, brokers and agents are all making profits from your work before you do and that applies to most creative disciplines. All the same pain points remain, from the risk of copyright infringement to shifting buyer demand. Our aim is to build long-term creative sovereignty for independent, under-represented artists to open new doors to community-backed, globally connected income streams.

We understand. That’s why we thought about a slower approach to recruitment into a community.  It can be stressful juggling paid work and applying for creative opportunities. In addition we want to break the cycle of underpaid gigs and patchy funding, by giving you the tools, visibility and community to start growing a sustainable income.
