We are The Cultural Assembly, industry leaders working towards innovating new approaches and practices to develop Inclusion and Diversity, Equality and Accessibility in the workplace.
We are actively seeking Strategic Partners, Advocates and Advisers to collaborate with us to help launch PlayNicely™ our research and development framework that is at Beta research and development stage.
Our aim is to collaborate with all champions of DEI to co-create a new program of content, processes and technologies to tackle the challenges of and help accelerate inclusion action in the workplace.
PlayNicely™ is in R&D phase. Our aim is to grow a community of culturally curious DEI Leaders who need to supercharge their team engagement with something altogether different.
If you are committed to building inclusive teams —as an Inclusion Leader or Advisor, you may find it a challenge to find the right program or partnership that can implement the strategy you need. We know standard training programs are outdated or unable to sustain interest long enough to drive real change.
We understand it can be a challenge to establish a truly inclusive environment, you may face resistance to change, lack of understanding and resource constraints that can hinder your progress.
Most Inclusion training rely on passive learning, teams sitting through hours of lectures, clicking through slides often fails to engage. Your team maybe uncomfortable with the subject, indifferent, overstretched or simply burnt out.
Employees often struggle to connect with others due to the nature of their work, or apply concepts and techniques learnt in their day-to-day tasks.
Conventional training fails to truly capture the lived experiences of marginalized individuals. Your team maybe struggling to care about the wellbeing of others in their team, or have compassion fatigue.
Standard teambuilding initiatives like Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (IDEA) training are met with disinterest. Your team may not care about their work culture, or they not be one that exists.
You’re not alone in wanting a better solution—you need a strategy that sticks like Velcro.
We think we’ve cracked it- we have launched PlayNicely™ our Research and Development program that explores sustainable practices in the workplace using person-centred creative workshops, storytelling and AR/VR Workshops. We aim to develop multi- disciplinary creative solutions dedicated to support your DEI strategy.
Accelerate progress with bespoke consultation, mentorship & guidance
Playful and curious, we design creative workshops to help explore scenarios and themes
Virtual practice zones for deeper emotional engagement & psychological safety
Trackable progress for measurable results and data to drive insights and increased productivity
By ditching the ‘one size fits all’ traditional program, PlayNicely™ research and development supports DEI Leadership professionals in action within the workplace. It supports Inclusion training, change management and team building initiatives to address unconscious bias, foster empathy to improve wellbeing, trust, communication and deeper personal insights – positively influencing workplace culture and productivity.
Expert consulting services that initially help companies develop inclusive policies, such as equitable hiring practices, bias-free performance reviews and support for diverse employees need sustained support.
PlayNicely™ ensures that your policies promote a truly inclusive culture, helping attract and retain diverse talent and ideating solutions for implementation while meeting legal compliance and industry best practices.
Research and Development to tailor In-person or virtual diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility workshops (IDEA) designed to address specific challenges. They include hands-on activities, creative problem-solving exercises, and workshops aimed at improving team collaboration and fostering a culture of inclusion. The workshops focus on topics such as unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, cross-cultural communication, and building equitable workplaces.
HR leaders and employees also gain practical skills and insights to foster a more inclusive environment, improving collaboration and team dynamics.
The PlayNicely program offers one-on-one or group mentoring sessions designed to support managers and leaders in creating more inclusive teams. The coaching focuses on leadership styles, recognizing and addressing bias and fostering an environment where all employees feel valued and heard.
PlayNicely™ provides leadership with the tools to create and sustain an inclusive workplace, helping improve team morale, reduce turnover, and boost employee satisfaction.
Workshops and training programs focused on increasing cultural awareness and competency in the workplace. Employees learn how to navigate and respect diverse cultural norms, values, and communication styles.
PlayNicely™ improves cross-cultural understanding and global team collaboration, leading to better teamwork, more effective client relations, and fewer cultural misunderstandings.
The development of a digital platform that offers interactive, on-demand inclusion training modules, gamified learning experiences and employee progress tracking. The platform supports continuous learning with new content and updates to reflect growth and development.
PlayNicely™ offers flexible, scalable learning that fits different schedules and allows employees to learn at their own pace, ensuring that inclusion, equity, diversity and accessibility education is an ongoing, dynamic process.
Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) experiences can offer your team gamified incentives to engage in real-life inclusion scenarios, such as navigating work space bias, experiencing micro-aggressions, or managing diverse teams. These scenarios foster empathy and teach practical solutions to inclusion challenges.
Leaders can gain insights and gain data driven metrics and analytics to bring data to life. As participants learn through experience, helping to cultivate empathy and better understand diverse perspectives, their progress is trackable and can lead to more insights and change.
