Spot an Empty Property
Ideally it's got a ground floor and two empty floors above, empty offices or light industrial
Take Pictures
Take as many as you can from different angles. We aren't so interested in properties that already have for sale or to let signs already outside unless they've been there for months/years
Fill out a Form
Find the link to the form at the foot of the page. We need some preliminary information to get an idea if it's what we need
Collaborate
We buy or lease the space and breath new life into it. You can enjoy rewards such as sourcing fees, incubation, funding and priority access to the creative live/work hub
